  • it was a new battery last year, she has not been used for about six weeks, but starts and runs ok. just got back from a ride out.

  • I know it sounds crazy ... but if the battery was sitting for 6 weeks without a "maintainer" on it ... is it possible that it's just low enough to cause the usual Dubya low battery problems?

  • A. Your average trip is too long

    B. Your average trip is too short

    C. Your trip meter is having a trip

    D. All of the above

  • John - you may be unlucky enough to have a service reminder built into the electronics. Try holding down the mode button on the clocks for about 30 seconds, after which it should reset to blank screen.
