Vehicle tax to become nontransferable from end of 2014! ffs....

  • When you sell your bike, can't sell it taxed. You'll have to claim a refund. But, assume bike bought 1st March 2013, you sell it on say 5th Feb 2014, you can't claim a refund. No whole month left to claim. The potential buyer on 5th Feb of your bike will have to tax the bike from first Feb to use it on the road or wait until 1st March. So, who gains... Government because said bike is taxed twice for February by two people!!!
