Attention all Vulcan Riders all over. We have made some changes to the 2016 VRA West Coast Rally web page, made the registration for the rally process easier to understand. We also added a page to see the rally t-shirts for this years rally www.sdvra.com/t_shirts.html I also wanted to remind every one that hotel registration ends April 7th. Also we will be announcing the winner of the "FREE Suite" at the Crowne Plaza in San Diego for the rally, on March 4th. You must have registered for the hotel no later than March 4th to win!

Anyone interested in this? Off a 2007 vn2000 classic lt. Roughly 25.5k miles on it. It all works EXCEPT the screen is peeling and you can't read it during the day and also can reset the trip meter or clock. Chrome is in 99/100 I would say. Just covered in fingerprints. I'll let it all go for $250 OBO plus shipping.

So the last few weeks about 3 my 2007 vulcan 2000 classic lt has been dying... — People who ride the Kawasaki Vulcan

So the last few weeks (about 3) my 2007 vulcan 2000 classic lt has been dying when slowing down (only at slow speeds such as stopping at a stop sign) but would always start right back up. Today however it died, and started right back up but only went about a mile and no matter how much throttle I gave it, it was bogging down and had absolutely no acceleration, then died. It will start by push starting but won't accelerate at all. And will turn over when jumping the solenoid but won't start. Also does absolutely nothing when pressing the starter switch. Any ideas???

I recently took my gas tank off to paint it and my engine is now running funny — People who ride the Kawasaki Vulcan

I recently took my gas tank off to paint it, and my engine is now running funny. 2006 Vulcan 500, put petcock on prime and the problem doesn't go away so it's not a vacuum issue. I've looked over all lines and no kinks, but engine somewhat sputters on 10-20% throttle. I realized I didn't cover the hole under the gas cap. I'm guessing that's the culprit, is it cleanable? Any ideas?
