I'm looking to put risers on my behemoth. Been looking at Scootworks PhatRisers II, however, another V2K rider I know has these on his bike and they hit the nacelle.

Does anyone else have these and do they also hit the nacelle on your bike?

  • @ Casey: You have any pics? Haven't seen the Rivco risers.

I have a Classic and not the Classic LT.

  • Tina I'll take a photo and post this afternoon

  • Baron Custom Accessories has great goodies for our toys, risers, bars, exhaust, air boxes., etc.

Anyone know how to repair two small holes in seat covers? I evidently hooked something on my seat cover(Ultimate Seat) and punched two small holes in the cover.

  • those viynl repair kits will make a good repair in a small hole and an upholstery guy will use the same stuff and you will never find em

  • Thanks, I'll see if I can find one local.

Good Morning fellow V2K owners/riders. I've had mine less than two years and already have 32,000 miles on her. I run darkside and the twisties don't bother me at all. Put Cobra 2 into 1 pipes on her, Ultimate seats for me and passenger, handlebar risers, auxiliary lights on front, Cobra FI2000 controller and several other small mods which I can't remember. I'm old, gimme a break. Made several long distance trips and contemplating at Dragon run this fall. Best dang bike I ever rode.

  • Hi James, how is the ultimate seat. Any comparisons to Mustang or Corbin appreciated. R

  • The Ultimate seat is the best thing that ever happened to my butt. With the stock seat on there I could ride about 100 miles and I HAD to get off. With the Ultimate I can ride all day and not be hurting, well, other than being 65 years old, that is.n I have put as much as 700 miles on in one day and almost 500 the next day and wasn't in pain.

  • Hummm, I wonder if Metzler has anything to gain by saying that? I've got OVER 100 rides on the Dragon. Rode it 5 times just a few weeks ago and NO problems at all with my KHUMO P205 60 16. I went through this debate 5 years ago with my 04 Vulcan and finally decided I would try it for myself. That was over 140K darkside miles ago on VN2K's. I ride aggressively...very agressive and I love it:) I'm just saying..for me its a great fit bro!

  • metzler= blah blah blah

  • never been on the Dragon....but it's on my bucket list...heard the crotch rockets all but run over you on it....

I'm getting ready to have my factory backrest pad studded. I was wondering if anybody knows if the studs are supposed to go all the way around the pad or no? Any help would be appreciated.
