For all the riders here in the States...Ken Oconnor racing, located here in CT does some amazing machine shop work, cylinder welding and cylinder plating at reasonable prices. He takes shipments. Turn around time is typically about a week. I had him do a strip, re-plate and power valve service on my cylinder and it looks brand new again.

My fellow riders....

Recently a friend of mine purchased a dual sport headlight from eBay. He opted to buy a "Chinese knockoff" of a popular brand due to the significantly lower price. The name brand Polisport light costing $80+ with shipping vs the knockoff costing $27 with free shipping. I noticed that they appeared identical. Well, I opened the package to find.....It's a Polisport! Here's pics of the one he bought for $27. I posted links in the comments.

my flywheel weight has lock screws, which worked loose and almost parted the stator cover. i replaced the cover, and checked the spark plug color just for fun. also, if you haven't tried 3M 4411n tape to seal your wheels spoke nipples, it will let you throw tubes away, forever. i ran NO TUBE in the rear wheel at 14psi for sixty miles of dual sport and single track without issue. pictures!

On one of the other pages there's a guy from the UK searching for a rear wheel for his e-series kdx. Anyone have a spare rear wheel kicking around that would be willing to ship to a brother overseas or one of you folks out that way? I "think" all kdx 200 and 220 wheels from 89-06 are interchangeable but not sure. Anyways...if someone has a rear wheel, he's having trouble locating one.
