    • Had to relocate the regulator on both my 05's for the F&S bar. It's been awhile, seems to me some models (04?) didn't need it, I can't remember which. Just know mine definitely did.

    • How did you make out getting your bike home?

    • Thanks for asking, been meaning to follow up on that, all went well. I'll elaborate in a separate lost.

    • I got the F&S bars after I ...uhhum....had a little incident and bent left side a bit. Found new and cheap on eBay...set came with the bracket. If they haven't arrived yet it may come in the box like mine did.

    • This is the wiring bracket that 2005 and above need, pn k11053-1745a, look famaliar

    • I honestly don't see why anyone would need to relocate..its in the middle and the Barre bolt on the side.am I missing something?

    • is yours a 2004?

    • Mine is

    • where did u get them?

    • i didnt buy the bracket yet if you are talking to me, as far as the bars off of ebay at 2wheelmorgue

    • I think there is a special bolt that comes with it as well it has threads in the center of it. This jogs my memory of doing the swap on my 06 classic but like i said i don't think i needed to it seamed to be the exact same thing i took off i will look tomorrow AJ if i have it you can have it if you want and if it will work

    • awesome, thanks Jim Renda,

    • yes the bars. I tried searching the part number abs didn't get anything

    • k32000-043a

    • does that used one look like all the parts are there?

    • Mine is a 04.. The bar came off an 08..took out off myself everything for the bars were exactly the same..nothing crossed over underneath on either bike.

    • AJ Anderson, I have the exact same bars.. I promise you there is no need to relocate anything.. If you want to relocate that's up too you.. But to get the bars on there is absolutely no need my friend.

    • The trickiest part is getting the clamp on the frame exactly where it needs to be.. 20 min job

    • is yours a 2004?, from what i read that year is the onky year that doesnt need them

    • Seems I may have had to use something to put a little leverage and lift under the motor to help line up the bolts...one just hard to get started. Don't force ...make sure going in smoothly before wrenching

    • David Proctor , honestly I couldnt tell you but they look pretty good, i bidded on those, but the guy wouldnt move to much, got him down to $120, I say go fir it, the ones I purchased, those used ones, and the ones at bike bandity only ones coming up. They look so god on the v2k had to have them, going to procure the 1.35in clamp/ peg combo from kurykin, the lanellmar leather hard bags and i think im good for the season

    • ok thank you. you must have gotten the ones I saw 235 obo cause I don't see them anymore

    • David Proctor i did, 5 people watching made me nervice, had to go for it,lol

    • ya I get no luck with obo, they only want to drop 5 or 10 bucks. I mean if ur not really negotiable don't put obo lol

    • Yeah but it doesn't need to be moved with these bars on any year..

    • cool

    • Im looking forward to getting them, loved them on my old v2k, may she R.I.P. es

    • My current, think its gonna look good with the highway bars and viking bags im buying

    • https://www.vikingbags.com/vik ing-lamellar-slanted-leather-c overed-large-motorcycle-hard-s addlebags.htm the bags im getting to replace the ones that are at the leather shop, taking them as a loss
