  • One or the other but not both together. Pulley will do well. Gears will make top gear unusable below 60 mph. Doing gears is more work but you can add the shims to the final gear to eleiminate the herkyjerky at lowspeed/low rpms

  • I have the 33 tooth pulley, my first gear pulls to 38mph before hitting the rev limiter instead 18mph in stock form. The rideability is improved 100 %, I dont shift into 5th under 65mph. Until I changed out the front pulley, I was pretty unhappy with my V2K.

  • Where can you get the pulley from ?

  • Found a guy that bought one years ago but decided not to install it. No longer needs it.

  • One better than the other for top end speed?

One better than the other for 1/4 mile speed?

  • Art, prolly 70% of my riding over 55mph

  • Well doing either will change the way you ride and may put your licsence in danger. She wants to run around 75 in 5th. Kind of fun to leave a light and look in the mirror to see everybody else a half mile behind when you shift into 4th

  • 2 rogues..one a us model with 33 tooth from bare and other a euro model..euro better thru gears by far and when harleys stop at 180 to 190ks u change to top and leave them..
